What is Included:
- A professional team of bartenders (2-4 depending on size of the event)
- Aesthetic Mobile Bar + Bar Set-up (bar tools, ice, coolers, etc.)
- Personalized Menu
- Features up to 5 custom cocktails made by our team to match your theme or 5 classic cocktails (or a mix & match of custom + classics).
- All garnishes and mixers required for the cocktails are taken care of.
- Aesthetic plastic cups for convenient, hygienic, and picture-friendly drinks.
- Alcohol/Spirits are not included — A list of the spirits we will require to service your menu will be sent to you (the host) so you can purchase it for the event. We understand this is an additional cost so we work around your budget and do our best to create an affordable list that works for you.
Pricing:
- Base Price: $1000 — Includes:
- 3 hours of service (excluding set-up time and takedown time)
- Guests: Service for up to ~50 guests
- 2 Bartenders
- Additional Duration: $150 / extra hour
- Additional Guests:
- +$150 for 51 -100 guests
- +$400 for 101 – 150 guests ( + 1 Bartender)
- +$600 for 151 – 300 guests ( + 2 Bartenders)
- Location does not affect pricing.
- We are able to accommodate anything from a local venue to your own home, we will reach out to you shortly after your booking (<1 day) to confirm where you would like the set-up to take place.
How to Book:
- Simply check the location (county) in which your event will take place, select your time and date, expected duration of the event, and lastly state how many guests you will expect.
- “Check-out” the service and finally complete your booking by stating any additional notes in the “Order Notes” section of the final check-out page.
- Please note where you would like to have your set-up in the notes and any additional information you would like us to know about your event (occasion, special accommodations and requests, etc.)
- We will always reach out after your booking to get your menu set-up, double-check on all the details, and answer any of your questions before the event.
- That is all! You will receive a confirmation email regarding your booking once it’s finished and if you have any questions/concerns you can always reach out to us.
