Booking is simple! Simply select the service you want, go through the check-out process and done! You will get an email confirming your order and a personal email from us to make sure all the details are taken care of. 

We are completely transparent with our costs, feel free to take a look here. Most services include a base price, but it may increase based on location and additional hours/people.

We accommodate any type of occasion but if you feel like your event needs some extra personalization, please go through a consultation on our services page or give us an email/call. You will get a response within a day!

Our services are limited to NorCal and partly CenCal. If you are unsure if we serve your location, feel free to give us an email/call, we will respond within a day!

Cancellation:

  • For cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled event, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before your event, a 50% refund will be given.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event will result in a 25% refund. 

Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice prior to your event. You may reschedule once within a 30-day period of the original booking.
  • For rescheduling within 7 days of your event, a rescheduling fee may apply based on the complexity of your event and preparation already undertaken.

Typically we require 3 days ahead of time for most services and 7 days ahead of time for large events.
